Can we invite non-lodgers to the room?
No, non-lodgers may not enter the rooms.
Is there a curfue?
We have no curfues and the front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Please inform us in case your arrival is significantly late.
What are the details about cancellation charge?
Day before: 20% of charge.
Day of stay: 80% of charge.
No show: 100% of charge.
Confirm corresponding contacts for reservations from the internet or from tourist agencies.
Are there convenience stores nearby?
A convenience store "Lawson" is a 1min walk away.
Where can we deposit our valuables?
Valuables can be kept at the front desk.
Can receipts be issued in company names?
Yes. Feel free to ask us upon check-in.
Is room service available?
Unfortunately, room service is not available.
Are there restaurants or shopping stores around?
Our hotel positions inside the Susukino area, the largest entertainment district north of Tokyo,
and is surrounded by many restaurants and shopping facilities.
Is laundry service available?
Yes, paid laundry is available.
Insert laundry into the laundry bag attached in your room with the form filled out, and bring laundry bag to the front desk by 10am.
Laundry will be returned by 6pm.
Please note that laundry may be out of service on Sundays, holidays and new year season. For details, please consult at the front desk.

before check-ins (3pm) and check-outs(11am).

Are there vending machines?
Yes, vending machines selling soft-drinks and liquor are placed on floors 3F, 5F, 7F and 9F.
Are there ice makers?
There are ice machines on the 10F.
Ice is served anytime needed.
Please use Ice buckets in your room.
Are their laundry machines?
Laundry machines (2 laundry and 2 drying machines) are on the 10F.
Washing & Drying : 500yen/use. Approx. 120 min.
Are trouser pressers available?
Yes, they are placed in each floor 2F to 10F.
Is the facility barrier-free?
Our hotel provides universal rooms, considering the comfort and functionality for the convenience of various guests. Baggage racks have slides placed for easy access and to fulfill storage. A compact table and chair with a spacious cushion is placed in the relaxations space, wide enough to move freely on a wheel chair. All in consideration of light-weight and movability. You can enter straight into the bath room on your wheel chair.

Iron presses, ironing pads, sewing sets, blankets, nail clippers, thermometers, cold compresses are for rent.

How is access from JR Sapporo station, New Chitose(Shin-Chitose) Airport and Okadama Airport?
■From JR Sapporo station
Use Subway: Board at Sapporo station of Nanboku line, bound for Makomanai, get off at Susukino station, and walk 5 min to hotel.
■From New Chitose(Shin-Chitose) airport
Use Rapid Airport Train: Board the train bound for Sapporo・Otaru, transfer to the subway bound for Makomanai, get off at Susukino station, and walk 5 min to hotel.
Limousine bus: The airport shuttle bus departing Shin-Chitose Airport bound for Sapporo downtown/directly to downtown Sapporo, get off at Minami 3 jo Susukino bus stop, it's an 8 min walk.
■From Okadama airport
Use Subway: Board at Sakaemachi station of Toho line bound for Fukuzumi, get off at Hosui Susukino station, exit station from exit No.6, and walk 5 min to hotel.
